What we’re looking for
We're looking for a Product Designer who is deeply passionate about bringing human-centered design thinking and cutting-edge AI interfaces to the cloud infrastructure space, has strong tech industry experience in product design to build out our user interface, and who is excited to bring the Plural platform to the next level.
What you can expect

What you’ll do
- Ownership and management of a design system for Plural with accessibility and consistency in mind
- Work on user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and other design elements, all heavily informed by user and market research
- Translate complex infrastructure and AI functionality into clear, intuitive experiences for technical users
- Synthesize loosely scoped ideas into tactical, testable design deliverables
- Create Figma designs, prototypes, and sketches for new features to quickly explore and validate solutions
- Collaborate closely with frontend engineers to ensure accurate implementation
- Define UX success metrics and use them to drive iterative improvements
- Contribute to product strategy by translating user insights into roadmap recommendations
What you’ll need
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in product design for B2B SaaS or developer tools
- Experience designing interfaces with technical complexity (AI, APIs, workflows, CLI/Git integrations, etc.)
- Familiarity with building and maintaining accessible design systems
- Structured, thoughtful design process with experience in user feedback gathering and able to express ideas with excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
- Enjoyment of designing highly technical products for technical audiences
- Excited about the opportunity to participate in building a business from the ground up
- Self-starter who enjoys working both collaboratively and independently, and highly organized

Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $130,000 - $180,000. An individual's base pay depends on various factors including experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, and does not include other forms of compensation, such as equity and commission.
